The Comedy Works Bristol (located inside Georgine’s Restaurant, 1320 Newport Rd., Bristol, Pa) presents an exclusive funny weekend of Comedy with Chris James from the UK and New York Comedian Tom Nemec, Friday, March 14 and Saturday, March 15, at 8:30 PM. There will be a special guest Comedian also on the show. Our Comedy Room features café seating with tableside wait staff to serve you food and drink so can laugh all you want while enjoying your show!
British-comic Chris James began following his dream of doing stand-up Comedy after a successful career as a fashion model. Chris’ charming style of comedy includes stories, impressions and characters.
James has appeared on VH1, FOX and HBO. Disney+ Marvel Wanda Vision and was on season 17 of America’s Got Talent. Chris continues to tour internationally at the best colleges and comedy venues around the world.
Also on the show is Tom Nemec who has been a working comedian and actor for over 20 years. In the world of stand-up he has worked venues all over the east coast.
Tom has a personable somewhat autobiographical style of comedy. Growing up in a crazy dysfunctional family gives him a lot of ammo for his comedy arsenal.
Over the years Tom has worked with and shared the stage with a variety of great comics. Dom Irerra, Michael Winslow, Jim Norton, Kevin Nealon, just to name a few.
Tom can be seen as the Fire Chief in the movie "Green Point Tavern". He has appeared in a few different web series. "Bruber" and PN & Friends. He has also created his own children's book. "Owenopolis". A day in the life of a little boy from Brooklyn, Currently he is working on a solo show called "A Cat in A Box" that is a little bit more of the serious side of growing up in his dysfunctional family.
Also appearing will be a special guest Comedian.
You never know who is going to show up to do a guest set and work out new material. The Comedy Works Bristol is the perfect place for Stand-up Comedy with over 40 years of history in the Philadelphia area. Unlike many of the Comedy Clubs in the area, we feature great Comedy with NO drink minimums, FREE Parking and tableside wait staff service.
Tickets are limited and all seating is reserved and unlike many clubs, we do have some limited café seating.
The doors will be open at 7:00 PM with great food (small plate fare) or drinks available before or during the show at reasonable prices. (additional cost)

The Comedy Works Bristol reserves the right to prevent customers from entering the Comedy Room who they deem disruptive or dangerous to other patrons. We also reserve the right to remove anyone who interrupts the show with excessive talking or heckling during the show that will interfere with other patrons who are respectful and know how to act during the performance. There are NO exceptions.
Tickets for this special night of Comedy can be pre-purchased ON-LINE for $50 for one ticket that admits 2 people. Tickets are $25.00 for each person at the door and NO processing fees. 215-741-1661.
